  Log into your Tuvalum account and navigate to your order history to submit a formal return request within the 14-day eligibility window.

  Inspection & Packaging

  Ensure the bike or equipment is in its original condition and securely pack it using the Tuvalum protective box and internal padding provided during delivery.

  Scheduled Collection

  Once your request is approved, our specialized logistics partner will contact you to schedule a convenient pickup time at your doorstep.

  Certification & Refund

  After our mechanics verify the condition of the returned item at our facilities, we will process your full refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
